Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Fair Harbor gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items. Our process is designed to be as seamless as possible to get you back to the water and enjoying the outdoors.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

• 2.
  Select Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and select the reason for the request from the dropdown menu.

• 3.
  Print Your Label

  A prepaid UPS shipping label will be generated for you; simply print it out and securely attach it to your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
